Labeling often doesn't get enough attention until something goes wrong. A missing warning statement. An active ingredient listed incorrectly. A font that doesn't meet size requirements for a specific market. Small mistakes, but the consequences can be anything but small.

It's also one of the most requested features at every trade show we've exhibited at. People want a faster, more reliable way to catch errors before they launch products.

There are no limits on the number of labels reviewed, checklists created, or users from your company. It's free for everyone: independent professionals, R&D teams, brands, large manufacturers.

There’s two parts to Label Review: Labels & Checklists

A checklist is a set of requirements your label needs to meet. The tool evaluates each one and tells you what passes and what doesn't.

IRI-Sys provides market-ready templates for major regulatory markets (US, EU, Canada, Australia, with more added every week), so you can be up and running immediately.

If your requirements are more specific, you can customize an existing template or build one from scratch. Customize checklists to reflect your own brand standards, internal legal criteria, or any other review framework you use.

Once your checklist is set, you upload your label.

We allow multiple files to be uploaded since the label for a product might be in multiple files (front & back, primary & secondary, etc.)

The tool analyzes the submitted artwork against each checklist item and returns a clear, item-by-item assessment: what passes, what doesn't, and why. You can also run a single label against multiple checklists. Download all the information in a shareable report.
